Your people deserve more than perks and pizza parties.

I design people-first employee journeys that fuel engagement, growth, and empowerment.

My signature framework for designing people-first workplaces that drive growth, retention, and empowerment, from onboarding to offboarding and every step in between.

Meet the Architect.

Madison Butler is an unapologetic advocate for authenticity, vulnerability, and building workplaces where people feel safe enough to show up as their full selves — no code-switching, no performative nonsense.

A true New Englander with a direct communication style, and straight to the point straegy. Madison is on a mission to help organizations embrace the power of human connection and psychological safety as the foundation of thriving, resilient cultures. She focuses on designing intentional spaces and crafting scalable strategies that actually work for humans.

Madison is known for building bold, ethical, and authentic brands through storytelling, tough empathy, and a healthy dose of data. She facilitates the conversations most people avoid, mental health, trauma, and the real courage it takes to lead with vulnerability.

To her, embracing humanity at work isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s a business imperative.

She partners with growth mode companies ready to ditch outdated playbooks and create environments rooted in trust, transparency, and truth. Her goal? To help people and teams unlock their full potential and by creating places where they are safe to do their best work.

Her work and thought leadership have been featured in outlets including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, Yahoo, and Rolling Stone. She’s been named a LinkedIn Top Black Voice and was honored as DivInc’s Austin Rising Star in 2021.

Her debut book, Let Them See You: Empowering Change Through Authenticity, drops Fall 2025, a guide to driving change and creating space for people to show up fully (and unapologetically).
