Madison has both a professionalism yet relaxed approach to discussing equity and inclusion in the workplace. Madison is unapologetically herself and it’s absolutely refreshing. She gave us real world pointers to digest and was candid about her own personal experience and how its shaped her approach to diversity, equity and inclusion.
